Although it is a small clinic and you would think that, in theory, it would be much more efficient, it's the total opposite. I have gone to several appointments and have had to wait a long time get admitted. Once admitted, I waited 1 hour for the PA to enter the little room and see me. Because I tore my ACL, I needed referrals from their office to get MRI's and see specialists. They have taken too long to send the referrals, which shows a completely lack of profesinalism. When I call to see if they referral had been sent out, the office workers always have given me attitude; I felt as if I was begging them so that they could send my referrals on time. There tends to be a huge lack of communication between the staff and physicians as sometimes my chart did not have information regarding my referrals. I have had to call and see if my referrals have been started, and often than not, the staff did not know a referral had to be sent out because it had not been communicated. If you can avoid this place and choose a different health care facility, please do so and save yourself time and headaches! Or give it a try and see for yourself. Hope it helps. I have nothing against the clinic or the staff, but being a future doctor, I see a huge lack of professionalism, and competence at this clinic.
